Pablo Picasso was a Spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist and theatre designer born on October 25, 1881 in Malaga, Spain. His unusual adeptness for drawing began to manifest itself early, around the age of 10, when he became his father’s pupil in A Coruña , where the family moved in 1891. Picasso’s works include Les Demoiselles d’Avignon (1907), Guernica (1937), and The Old Guitarist (1903–04) He died on April 8, 1973 in Mougins, France.
