Leif Kander was a Swedish painter born on May 22, 1939 in Helsingborg and died on September 19, 2011 in Växjö. He was an autodidact artist. Some of his public works include the 70 square meter wall painting “The Four Seasons” at regiment P2 in Hässleholm. He was awarded Ellen Trotzigs scholarship in 1970 and Malmö city’s cultural scholarship in 1971.
